Amboseli -Tsavo West Safaris 3 Nights / 4 Days This safari takes you to Amboseli National Park. Amboseli sits on the lower slopes of mighty Mount Kilimanjaro - Africa’s highest - whose peak lies across the border in Tanzania.
The animal pictures arising against the dramatic backdrop of the mountain will thrill the photography enthusiast. Amboseli National Park is renowned for its huge elephant herds. You will also see buffalo, black rhino, zebra, wildebeest and other plain animals. You end up at Tsavo West, where you see elephants, crocodiles, vervet monkeys, antelope, baboons, giraffes, hippos and lions. The park is a marvel in terms of geo-physical character and plant diversity. Day 1: NAIROBI – AMBOSELI
Depart in the morning and drive south to Namanga on the Kenya/Tanzania border to arrive in time for lunch. After lunch, enter into the Amboseli National Park with a possibility of seeing game on the way to the campsite.
Dinner and overnight under tents at (Amboseli lodge, Ol Tukai Lodge)
Day 2: AMBOSELI
0630 hrs - early morning game drive around the park and to the Mt. Kilimanjaro Viewing point. Return to the lodge for late breakfast. After lunch, you will have the afternoon at leisure until 1600 hrs when you go for an afternoon game drive till sun set. |

After breakfast, depart via the Sheitani lava flow for Tsavo West National Park to arrive in time for lunch. At 1600 hrs, you proceed for an afternoon game drive within the park until sun set.
At Tsavo West you will see elephants, crocodiles, vervet monkeys, antelope, baboons, giraffes, hippos and lions. The park is a marvel in terms of geo-physical character and plant diversity. Mzima Springs, the source of Mombasa’s water, is located here. These springs are recharged daily with hundreds of millions of litres of crystal clear water by underground streams emanating from Chyulu Hills. At Mzima, all sorts of animals gather for a drink particularly in the dry season. You may also be able to view hippo and crocodiles from the underwater glass tank.
Dinner and overnight at Kilanguni Serena Lodge
Day 4: TSAVO WEST / NAIROBI
0630 hrs - early morning game drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast. 0930 hrs- check out and commence drive to Nairobi with game drive en route. You arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon. Transfer to airport for homebound flight. Includes:
